1. Eliminate the negativity

One needs to get rid of all the negativity from within. Our thought process plays an important role as we absorb energy from our ideas and thoughts. If you think negative, you would automatically attract negative ideas and thoughts. Thinking positively would make your mind and body feel much better!

2. Forgive others and yourself

As much as it is important for one to forgive others, it is also important to forgive oneself. Nobody is perfect and everyone makes mistakes. Accept these mistakes as a part and parcel of life and if the people who you had hurt have forgiven you, it is time for you to forgive yourself too!

3. Have a play time

No matter how old you are, there is always a little kid who lives inside you and it is essential for this kid to come out at times. Simple things like singing in the shower or dancing like a maniac in front of the mirror can bring joy into your life.

Our mornings usually involve us running for work and not having any time for ourselves. Start your day a little early and create a morning ritual for yourself. Never brush off compliments or deny them. You don't always need to be modest. Accept them with a smile and thank people! After accepting someone’s praise, you will instantly feel happy and it will bring a big smile on your face.

It is natural for us humans to constantly compare ourselves with others. This is one habit every woman needs to break as it is important for you to understand that every individual is unique and has their own merits. Always remember that you are you and there can be nobody else like you in this world! And if you really need to compare, compare yourself to an earlier version of you - you'll see how you much progress you've made!
